Keys Aren’t Working? Don’t Worry, Try This Trick!

We know it can be frustrating when a new purchase isn’t working! 
That’s why we are always here to help.
 
If the key fits into your lock, and the lock code matches the code on the key, try using a lubricant like WD-40 or some of our handy graphite lubricant in the lock.
 
Since our keys are brand new, they have not had the chance to be worn in with the lock. The new keys can be a bit rigid, and lubricant typically does the trick.  Just spray the lubricant in the lock, move the key back and forth a few times, and you should be all set!

Helpful Tools to Start the New Year

First up this week, we have the LAB Cylinder Cap Removal Tool. This time saving tool will remove cylinder caps from Schlage, Weiser, Arrow, and Falcon Cylinders. The LAB Cylinder Cap Removal Tool has a double-ended design, and is made of durable steel for a long life.
