We know it can be frustrating when a new purchase isn’t working!
That’s why we are always here to help.
If the key fits into your lock, and the lock code matches the code on the
key, try using a lubricant like WD-40 or some of our handy graphite lubricant in the lock.
Since our keys are brand new, they have not had the chance to be worn in
with the lock. The new keys can be a bit rigid, and lubricant typically
does the trick. Just spray the lubricant in the lock, move the key back
and forth a few times, and you should be all set!
If you have a
particularly stubborn key, just email a photo of the key we sent and the lock
face to info@easykeys.com. One
of our experts will figure out exactly what is going on and work to find a
resolution.
